Temporary extension on the deadline for withdrawal of postal items at Correios

Dear Customer,

By virtue of municipal and state Ordinances, in respect of preventive measures against COVID-19 spread, many establishments are temporarily closed. We reinforce that we remain realizing the foreseen delivery attempts for the services and, in case of failure, the postal items will be redirected for withdrawal by customers at Correios Post Offices and Distribution Centers.

Therefore, we inform that, as of April 5th 2021, the deadline for postal items’ withdrawal has extended and these items will remain available at the Postal Units up to the time limits informed below, depending on the hired service:

We reassert that this alteration aims to raising the effectiveness of postal items’ pick-up by customers and all these events will be registered in our systems.

Please consult our Tracking System  or chat, in order to know in which Post Office or Distribution Center your postal item was destined.

This is a temporary measure that will be reverted as soon as the scenario allows.
